Acupressure Mat

One of the most successful and recommended devices ever! Can be used in many ways and mostly works to disperses any intense concentrated pain or tension.

A core pressure and exercises device for any deep muscular area in the body like the back, neck, thighs etc. I find it very useful for releasing muscular tension in the spinal area and even in the abdominal area (still pressure).

Another great and simple device to realign the spinal area. Very good for relieving pains and aches due to an overly stressed back and neck while lying passively on it for a few minutes at a time. One can even sleep on it for the night due to its silicon based elastic material. Great for back/neck muscles spasm. I have tried and recommend it!

Spikey foot massage bar

This incredibly simple device provides great acupressure stimulation to our feet, controlled by our body weight, that can relief a whole daily tension in just a few minutes! It has two groups of spikes and can fit any type of ache. Best used in standing.

Electric massager with Infra-Red heat

Electric percussion massager from HOMEDICS brand. Used by professional such as Chiropractors etc. Very effective in releasing thick muscle cramps in minutes. Plugs to a regular outlet and includes IR warming heat.

Plastic Neck Massager

A very good manual neck massager that can reach the deepest neck tissues and relief neck stiffness within a few minutes. Care must be put in cases of medical issues or health complications involving over stimulation of the sympathetic nerve system.

Plastic Octopus Massager 1

A simple yet very effective manual device for massaging flat areas and also for deeper pressure holding it backwards (holding the legs and pressuring with the head) and working on the belly. Try laying down on it in supine position for back/hip pressure. can be used in many ways!

Plastic Octopus Massager 2

The best manual device for skull (head) massage! Can relax a stressful headache within a few minutes. Most recommended for computer/office workers!

Electric Heating Pad

Warming our achy and tired body areas is easily done, very affordable and safe with this Electric Heating Pad. Good for Muscle soreness/fatigue, or even for stomach soreness/fatigue (with pain). Lower back is great for general soreness/fatigue.

Tanden (TanTien): The Center Of Our Being

For many centuries the source of our being, power and health is known among the sages in the far east as the body’s center of gravity, or the “field of longevity” ( Jap = Tanden; Chi = Tantien). For centuries this center was cultivated and maintained by healers, martial-artists and masters of many types of arts who believed that perfection depends in utmost utilization of this center, both physically and mentally. In fact, sources point three divisions of this center in our body: The upper “Tantien” (3rd eye) as the mental center of wisdom, the middle center (middle of the chest) as the center of emotions and conception and empathy, and the lower center as the physical center, the center of gravity in our bodies and source of our true strength. Breathing into and from this center (lower center) is considered as the most fundamental element in maintaining health and optimizing our body’s powers and functioning! In my personal experience over the course of practice I noticed a significan

What Is KI (Qi) Energy

“Ki” energy (Chi “Qi”) is a fundamental concept in many traditional Asian martial arts, philosophy and traditional medicine. It basically refers to the cosmic life energy that flows through all matter in the universe and unites all living things, just like air, and provides life. KI flows endlessly throughout the universe, throughout the cosmic cycle (TAO) dynamically shifting in between 2 poles: YIN & YANG. Those 2 poles are like complementary phases of KI energy and can be considered like High & low, Day & Night, Activity & Rest, Masculinity and Femineity etc. In order to fully merge with the KI we must be aware of it and understand its nature! The capability of allowing KI to run through us naturally and with no interruptions is considered the core manifestation of health in Oriental medicine. A more modern approach to understanding “KI” may be the use of “ Aerobic energy ” compared to “ Anaerobic energy ” in our body. The Aerobic energy in a protein-based energy pro
